Message	Have, you tried writing him a letter and expressing this. I'm sure the delivery of the panel is as is, so a small claims case is useless, not to mention i doubt there is any formal signed contract, to persue buy. In a situation such as this under florida law, a verbal contract is non binding, as well. The key here is to approach Vik with a formal letter citing your complaint, and requesting whatever action you deem requesite to compensate for the inconvienance.
