When people mention the 60shot plus JWT they are referring to the JWT program MADE for a 60 shot. That's a great setup and works well. If you don't have the JWT NOS setup and just have a JWT chip, it's widely been said to reduce your timing to 13 degrees whether it's a 60 shot dry or 60-100 shot wet. I've heard this is just a safety precaution because of the way the timing maps lean the car out at spots (which makes more power).
