Personally I don't know why they let people sit in those cars. When I first saw people sitting in them, I thought they were crazy. Then I heard the lady say it was alright. I got there at 12:45 sharp and you guys weren't there :-(. When you guys got to the toyota museum I was already done. I headed over to Nissan earlier and the addy you gave us wasn't exact. I walked into Nissan's corporate building and they are like : "cars" ,we don't have any cars here, lol. Then they send us to the bldg across the street where they were confused too. Eventually they made a phone call and directed us to where Steve was. I talked to him for a while, he told me 2 of the race cars had no engines. He also told me the race truck, valued at $500,000+ was left out in the rain after a photoshoot and the tube frame got corroded. He also told me that Nissan had no budget to restore the vehicles and that the black SMZ is pretty new. He told me they had a red one but they had to replace it cause it was crashed and repaired 5 times. Do these journalist crash those cars that often? Well, it would have been nice to chat with some of you guys, but I was pressed for time as I had to be in Hollywood at 7:00. Anyways, Thanks for telling me about these places, I had fun.
