ECU is expensive, but it is worth around 12HP or so. A SAFC will allow you to tune air/fuel to make a bit more HP. Also play around with your ignition timing, its worth a few HP too. Lightweight flywheel and good clutch is another good add. Aluminum driveshaft will complement. And for big HP gain, go with a wet shot of NOS.
