Scramble boost is like a brief shot of higher boost, kinda like a shot of NO2. You can adjust the "Start Duty" on the AVC-R by gear, so you can lower start duty by 10% on first gear say, to maximize traction, and bump it up on 3rd and 4th gears or whatever.
"Slow in, fast out!"
 Any idiot can drive fast; what makes a driver good is the ability to screw up and still save it...
