Ive heard if you run your car really rich it can make fire come out of the exhaust and Ive also heard that people have welded spark plugs (using O2 sensor bungs) into the rear of their tailpipes and trigger them off of a switch in the dash, so when the car runs rich they can ignite the fumes into flames out of the exhaust. Im not quite sure how to accomplish this, but try tons of fuel pressure, big injectors, lots of boost, and a spark plug. I know the spark plug trick running a very rich carburetor works on old cars, but fuel injection has got me baffled.
