taillights, i found myself clearing a set of taillights again and to save time i figured i would just buy some of the precut lenses that they sell. Shhhaaa yeah right $40 for two lenses forget that, i went ahead and cut my own. Its not that hard and i have lots of material left over. I would be willing to cut these things up and sell it to you guys real cheap. You can just lay the clear lens in the place of the amber or red one, but since it dosent have the tabs to hold it in place it could slide out of place once installed, so i took the lens and glued it to the back of the grey layover seperater thing (the thing that goes on top of the lenses behind the outer caseing) I have 2 of these grey peices left over (r and L)because i managed to crack both caseings the first time i ever attemped it. They have a set with clear lenses already glued to the bottom part so all you would have to do is seperate the taillight assembly and remove your grey seperator thing and amber lens and insert mine. I could sell you just the cut lense peices (for real cheap 3-4$) And the grey peices with the lenses already installed for umm maybe 10-15$ You can take a look at the final result in the picture in my sig (i have other close up pics as well e-mail me if interested), i cleared my tails with the same material. It seems so crazy that people would actually pay $40 for those little peices of plastic that they could make themselves, but i guess some people dont have the skill of knowhow. I can make upper and lower lenses cut to fit directly in, the only difference is the hole on the upper lens where the screw goes to the red reflector. Im not sure if there is any interest, if so let me know, i just dident want you guys to have to pay $40 for somthing that could be made for less than $5.
