Message	the discussion is that 7000 RPMS and 285/35R18 wheels will max out your gears at 196MPH on a 5 speed. However if you built your Z for higher RPMS like say 8000RPMS I think you can easly break 200+ and there are few top speed 300ZXs in Japan.
