The person selling it lives 2 minutes from me! He had forgotten I wanted it when he put it up on ebay. To answer your question though, he's just selling the eprom and the boost jets. I believe the stock ECU has the chip soldered in, so you'd couldn't just plug in the new chip. You'll either have to play with soldering, or get the ECU socketed to fit the eprom by an electronics shop. When JWT gets the Cores back from their sales, I believe they socket the ECU to fit the EPROMs, then send out the upgraded EPROM, and the stock EPROM with the ECU as a package, so you can switch back at any time.
