it is not. The format. For admin to be able to plug and play, the text should be in Word and edited for correct grammer, spelling, etc. All the slang of 'ur' and 'uv' and 'u' needs to go. You have to remember not all folks who will benefit from a text like this are internet junkies, so that lingo is meaningless to them. Also the pics cannot be imbedded in the Word Doc, since the presentation format is to have the pics to the side and number referenced. I bet if you clean up the text, make referals to numbered pics and send Damon an email attaching the text and a file with the pics it will show up in Tech or FAQ.
