Message in the long run, expecially insurance wise.

: 1990 Nissan 300ZX NA @ 54,000 miles (gold pearl)

: accident: rear-end collision
: insurance check: $6,300

: options-

: a. fix it up properly, keep car. some money left over.
: b. fix it up cheaply, sell car. buy twin turbo.
: c. sell car very cheap as-is, keep insurance check. buy tt.

: i was also thinking about buying a tt, then swapping out some parts from my na to the tt and selling the na. but this means i will have two z's for a time being and some money sunk into the investment. but if i were to sell the car, would it make more sense to fix it up and then sell it or just keep the insurance money and sell it as is for a cheap price? which will i get the most money from? thanks.
