SEMA and a few other companies have lobbied and won support for more accurate citations on exhaust issues. Basically, they've tried to make it so just "listening" to the car is not enough. It has to be tested if they really want to give a ticket...so at least you got a fix it, and you probably will be fine (less than 95 dbs) unless you've modified it another way. Might need to get silencers at that point. I'm curious as to what other stuff they mentioned...I've been around a lot and I notice that almost HALF of what some cops think is illegal, is not. Some are uninformed to the exact laws and some just do it to scare ya.
