Well -- i was slightly misinformed as to the nature of the car show -- it was 99.5% classic cars (which were all very nice but not my style) so i was mainly an attention grabber for my shops set up at the show. So i won nothing, but i will say this -- my car got attention all day long from old and young from domestic car owners who i wouldnt have thought would have a nice thing to say about an import. It was pretty nice to get so much attention considering that it was a classic car show and to get so many compliements considering there were about 250 classic cars there. Honestly -- there was not a single person that stopped to look at my car that didnt say "love the engine" -- course the most common thing that the domestic owners said after that was "can't imagine working on that engine though". All in all - i had a good time and was pleased by the amount of compliments, pictures, and praise my car got. I would think it would do ok at a sport compact or import car show. Here are a few pics of the car at the show: : : : here are some pics of my engine after 4 hours of cleaning -- it really didnt seem to me to look much different after 4 hours but others said they could tell. : : : : Some pics before detailing it: : : 1 of my new additions: : : With all luck my NOS will be fully installed this weekend and i'll be getting my Z dyno'd on friday.
