I would start with going to the DMV and getting a copy of your driving record.Find out where that ticket is from. If it is the one you got deferred on I would go down to the clerk of courts and ask them about it. If it was their error they will strike it from your record. Ii always take deferred for my speeding tickets...cause I'm always guilty :) --wes : take deferred if you think your chance of beating it is small :-) : Weird, I got a deferred (damn V6 pos rustang) for 3 months from Jan~April, and when I renewed my insurance in March, the insurance guy told me that I had one ticket on Jan!!??
