Message	Although I am NOT encouraging this...the seller "might" report a lower sales price on your title and the Bill of Sale for which you certainly would gain a registration tax advantage. My brother-in-law lawyer in Dallas is researching the constitutionality of registration taxes based on sales price since the original owner already paid this up front. The Gov't is more than double-dipping on the sale of any car. BTW, he is the one who sued Blockbuster for their practice in assessing late fees...and won.
