See after she hit u in the rear.... i would have punched u in the head, dislocate ur arm, then broke ur leg, and thats after i karate chop u in the chest. When im through with u i would have hit my head in the windsheild, cut myself a few times with the broken glass from the window that i broke when i punched through it with my hand which turned bloody.
See. none of these injuries are permanent but theyll probably hurt like hell for a few days, however, for all that money well get, id endure the pain for a week or 2. Id sue on ur behalf as well for the extra cash.LOL... im just messin with ya. But i am glad ur ok. U need to call up ur insurance company explain what happend and most likely bring ur car in or have them come to ur car to estimate the damage to see if its cheaper to fix or just buy it from u. And its totaly not ur fault cause ur supposed to stay a safe distance from the car infront of u enough so that u have enough distance to make an emergency stop so its all there fault. Some insurance schemes r done like that. A guy would do like 40 in the left lane and someone who wants to pass him would tail and honk and bright to get this guy out the lane. Then in an instant the guy in front would purposly slam on the brakes and the guy behind him would crash right into him. The messed up thing is the guy who purposly caused the accident wins the case and gets paid and the guy behind him cant do anything about it.
So ur all set to go. Just get the money ur owed and look for another Z. good luck to u.
