they're insurance should pay for everything. You could have your ins. sue they're ins. for the trouble or something. Did you get hurt? sounds pretty bad. When i got in my accident and insurance paid for my damages, they sent the check to me. *or my dad since the car is in his name* and we picked where we wanted it fixed. even though it was already at the shop since i had it towed there from the scene. be prepared bro, the check i got was for 5900 bucks to fix my Z. and take note they didn't total my car. it had like 167k on it at the time of my accident. put that together and the price they gave me IF they would have totalled my car would have been like 11k i believe. (This may be your chance to get that TT you always wanted) but either way i hope it will work out best for you. good luck, Jon
