Subject	What should I get first: Pulley or Downpipes !?

Message	I know the pulley will give me more bang at lower RPM since it will make the turbos spool faster .. and the downpipes will give me more kicks once the turbos spools .. and will propably will allow me to run higher boost .. just curious what you guys recommend ...
