Seb did a nice video on install and dyno, and they were pretty impressive, but they havent been out long enough for anyone to know about reliability/longevity. I think its pretty safe to assume that the 800's have the same pedigree. I suspect they are all made in a Chinese foundry and probably sent for final machining by the same folks who did the Z1 conversions on the OEM to original 525 turbos. If I recall correctly, that company was in the US and also assembled the orig 525 CHRA's, rather than being Garrett factory parts. Surprisingly, the feedback on the old Z1 525's has been mostly positive, at least there is very little negative feedback that I have been able to find. Despite the many problems with other Z1 products, this would seem to bode well for their newer turbo kits-- of course no one wants to be the guinea pig.
