I recently read on a FB post (so take this with a grain of salt) that Zshack isn't doing NAtoTT chip tunes anymore. If you were hoping to put an off-the-shelf chip tune on a TT'd NA motor you're probably out of luck (and a low-compression chip tune will probably go boom pretty quick). If you're planning on a custom dyno tune with Nistune, standalone, or someone w/ a ROM burner, the NAtoTT path might be an option if the motor truly is in good shape. ConverTT has some good posts about his experience, and my biggest takeaway was that stock TT 370cc injectors don't have much margin at all on a high-compression TT build, and larger injectors are a REALLY good idea.
