Their add indicates they are CAST Stainless, not welded tubing. Their description of boost creep on cars with major breathing mods is very accurate IMO. I am a huge SZ fan, however I experienced exactly what's in the CZP description. My car was tuned to 600whp on race gas. On the dyne with no wheel spin and gradual rpm build up there seemed to be no issue. However, on the street, when increasing rpm more quickly ( like with some tire spin ), I had boost creep and lost an engine. The fix was to remove the divider between the wastegate tube and the main tube. A quick fix. Since then, after replacing my engine, I have never attempted to run race gas & high boost again. Just not worth the headache. So these downpipes make sense to me. And the fact that they are cast means they are potentially more dimensionally consistent. Key word, potentially...
