Message	Are you wanting to buy it for personal use? Would you be paying someone to fix the rust or do you do your own work? There are a lot of factors there. At 6k plus the potential cost of paying someone to fix the rust alone, you may be looking at over 10k. In my opinion. There are running rust-free TTs out there for that kind of money.
