Message	so you have control over the rest of the situation. You will then have the power to: 1) get the car tuned elsewhere to your satisfaction. 2) if #1 is a success, you can go back to the tuner to prove they were incompetent and ask for some sort of reimbursement. 3) if #2 bears no fruit, go on a full campaign to inform as many people as possible the name of the shop and prove their incompetence with you findings.
