I have been looking for a 1.5 way LSD to replace my aging r230 VLSD. Quickly realized there are no easy options as Nismo, KAAZ or Tomei never made one that I could find and Cusco has long discontinued their 2 available 1.5 way options.
I dont like the characteristics or the Quaife ATB so that option is out.I came across a made-to-order option from ATS & Across [ [ http://www.ppi-ats.com/LSD/LSD%20applicationlist.html ] ]
but from what I can find this is pretty expensive even with our favorable exchange rate. [ [ http://www.ppi-ats.com/LSD/LSD_%20appli_Oct_%202010_Nissan6.pdf ] ] If anyone has a used R230 1.5 way for sale or a better recommendation other than swapping my rear end for a NA and then converting to z33/z34 with an aftermarket clutch type diff, id like to hear it. And yes, I've tried buying the Cusco type RS LSD 166 L15 that you see available everywhere such as Ebay and RHDjapan and they always come back and say its NLA.
