Joe retired and is no longer running ZSpeed but he is on Facebook and has insights.

JWT is also good to talk to, I used their HD Street for TT and NA all the time but usually those cars are in the 450 TQ ball park. Their site says The JWT street supports about 600ft torque.

Typically I use stock flywheels, stepped .008ths for a little extra grab and lighter pedal.

Southbend shows a whole range of clutches btw on their site

Centerforce also made clutches for the Z32 but they seem to top out around 450 torque for street applications.
