Message Pulled the brakes apart again, cleaned the Hawk grease off of everything, lubricated the sliders with new high temp. brake grease. Sanded down and cleaned the pads, flipped the shims (seemed to have better coverage and provided a more even surface for the pistons). Cleaned the brake rotors with brake clean, wiped and repeated until clean (sorry Bernie, couldn't bring myself to turn brand new rotors). Put everything back together and no more noise! While it was in the air, changed the MTL from RP Max Gear 75W-90 to Motul Motylgear 75W-85. Trans. was notchy, clunky on RP when cold, but the hotter the trans., the smoother it would get, probably better suited for track use. Initial impression is the Motylgear is much smoother, no more clunk or notchiness, shifting like butter, even when cold.

Thanks for all of the suggestions and help, much appreciated!
