Message Nissan does put a time stamp on it. On page MA3 of the 1990 FSM it says to replace it after 60K miles or 48 months, which ever comes first.

However I am going to defer to your experience and knowledge about its actual longevity. And I have never seen a post anywhere of a Z32 breaking a timing belt, or incurring damage related to a belt breakage.
