as important as the wheel size is the tire size you plan to run. How that will interact with the suspension/body.
Also pay attention to tire availability. Running a different size front and rear will severely limit your options as you'll have to use a tire that comes in both your front and rear sizes. Might have some decent options right now but it's also likely that the manufacturers might discontinue one of your sizes and suddenly you're down to only one option for tires.
