Message	widely and is subject to confirmation bias. IE - it's often possible to make data support your side of the argument. Maryland has safety inspection as a requirement only when you obtain a vehicles title, so only once for the duration of your ownership. Yesterday I saw someone on the local facebook buy/sell page post a picture of the front wheel hanging off their saturn after the balljoint let loose while backing out of their driveway, asking for repair quotes.
