Message With the bypass switch in the position you see in the picture, it allows the turbo timer to be a kill switch. When the turbo timer times out you can't start the car. The instructions for starting the car are in the lower right of the picture. The bypass switch is if you don't want the turbo timer to act as the kill switch. With the bypass switch in the other position, everything works as normal.
