I recently purchased one from interior innovations that was all leather. I would rate the quality a ~6-7. The thumb area isn't completely symmetric on mine (where your hands rest there's a dimple on the left side that isn't on the right) that bothers me a bit but I think for the cost you get what you pay for. Custom offerings for my other car (GTI) are over $900 and this is significantly cheaper.
I was also hoping for more leg room, but with the entire wheel being thicker there really isn't any. I personally like the added thickness however. Getting the wheel on was also a bitch as the splined hole does seem to be a tiny bit off.
