I have mounted a 2013 Altima steering wheel on my ‘90 TT. It is almost a bolt on (requires a tiny mod to key into the HICAS clock spring) and the cruise was adapted as well. My car doesn’t have an airbag (obviously) but I see no reason a modern factory wheel couldn’t be adapted to an airbag equipped car. Some of the new Nissan models have flat bottomed wheels. There is a difference in the airbag clock springs vs the earlier non-airbag cars (the keying plug is 90deg different) but shouldn’t be tough to modify.
