The shoulder of the 245 is in approximately the same place as my 275/35/18, but instead of the sidewall being square the sidewall gets wider toward the wheel.
The rear is going to rub badly on dips without a lot of camber and an aggressive roll/pull. The front will require a hard roll and you'll rub the front and rear fender liner near full lock.
