Message	on using a fluid transfusion machine especially on neglected older vehicles that may have not had the AT fluid changed regularly. Most of them recommend just draining the pan and refilling, drive another few thousand miles and repeat about 2-3 times. Some manufacturer's (Honda, Mazda) even recommend against using a transfusion machine on all their new vehicles and just drain the pan and refill every 30k miles.
