Message It's their transmission
It's what they filled it with new
Use it until the warranty expires
I don't know if it has pixie dust and unicorn farts but it's what they provide by design. Additionally Nissan MTF 75w85 is for the 350Z / 370Z, the spec sheet for the 1998+ trans in Japan still calls for 75w90 GL4, same as the 90-96 US models. I'm not convinced that MTF 75w85 (999MP-MTF00NP) is what the 98+ trans ships with. I don't really understand why using the provided fluid hurts peoples feelings so much, I would run it for at least the duration of the warranty period.

When the car was new, the trans fluid that it shipped with the EARLIEST change interval under HARSH conditions 30k miles or 24 months.
Under normal use the FSM says INSPECT only for the for the 1st 60k miles 48 months.
