Message Here in Socal there's usually 1-2 news articles a year of a Z wrapped around a pole, and they're usually poorly maintained, too low, on crappy 19s. The barrier of entry for an NA is too low and people are buying them thinking they're hondas and treat them as such. I even see <5k TTs ending up in the hands of broke kids that can't afford the oil change much less the tires needed to keep it pointing the right way.

People blame FnF for the prices of the supra, but it's simple economics. The Z32 paved the way for the MKIV and FD and sold nearly 4 times as many units as the MKIV and FD combined. We're going to have to wait for the numbers to dwindle before the values will really rise.
