Message	I did calmly do that and i'm waiting to hear back. Like i said, i'm not trashing anyone his customer service is all good im sure i will get it sorted. i was just trying to get an insight from someone who knows more maybe even has used one of these clutches. i messaged JWT and ben has messaged back a few minutes ago and said its a type of copper mix material that will take 650-700ft lbs. i didnt order a puck clutch for a reason so My main concern is how long will it last and will it engage aggressively, i had picked the one sided clutch for them two characteristics specifically and spent 200 USD shipping it to the UK + 100 USD Customs, so its a lot of money (to me) i have wasted possibly
