Message	Stock shifter with OEM teflon shift bushings and zspeed bracket. What is also extremely important is your engine and transmission mounts. If those are old, they will majorly degrade the shifting experience. If you need to upgrade, I recommend the OEM-style BDE engine mounts and an OEM trans mount. Smart to do your drive-shaft bushing while you're there. This should all equal shifting nirvana.
