There are a couple directly under the box, but the threads would most likely need to be extended somehow, or the box designed to fit flush on top of them. This idea, with some washers and nuts on the inside of the box should keep it secured to the hatch floor, but would require the sub to be removed if you ever wanted to remove the entire box. I still haven't finished the Killmat install yet though, so unsure of the ability to make this a reality...
