Message any go fast parts. The problem could be something minor and inexpensive to fix, or could be costly and eat into your potential mod list. A coating of oil on your charge pipes can be normal, depending upon the amount present. I don't think a turbo seal blowing would create a sputtering engine. The first thing that jumps out at me is a boost hose leak....but you need to diagnose it to be sure. A couple of additional random thoughts. If the car already has a 2 1/2" exhaust that you are comfortable with, the replacement of it with a 3" exhaust isn't a great "bang for your buck" upgrade. So too is the addition of a one piece DS if you are working on a limited budget and also need to repair some items. As noted below, if you are going to upgrade to a 2 1/2" intake system with larger intercoolers, SZ is the current hot ticket. Good luck!
