There is a reason they use them in any big builds they can. It is a bottleneck if you have fully upgraded piping, BUT, it isn't a huge power restriction if not (I think that is where the debate always get heated). It's frustrating that there aren't any upgrade options right now, and when there were, the Robz were $800 and prone to problems of their own. I ended up doing the "stanza" throttle body modification (I actually used TBs from different cars but same engine). It was a total pain in the ass and I wouldn't recommend it. Stick with stock unless another good aftermarket unit shows up one day.
