You are very correct and we do pride ourselves on customer support. As far as me knowing anything about car audio I will give you alittle background so you feel at ease. I started installing and selling car audio back in the late 1980's. I began competeing in car audio sound offs in early 1990 called Thunder on Wheels(this was way before IASCA was around). I got my MECP Installer certification in 1995, my MECP First Class certification in 1996, and also my MECP First Class Security Specialist and MECP First Class Autosound Specialist in late 1996. I attended one of the first RTTI classes ever taught at Rockford Fosgate in AZ. I also got an Associates Degree from San Jacinto College for electronics. I sold and installed car audio for 10+ years before I started doing Car Performance. So if you have any audio questions for me shoot me an E-mail. I am always willing to help :-).
