Message	Up to temp, set physical timing. Set TPS, this is easy with datascan. Set base idle. You might need to do it a couple of times as each one of these changes can affect another. At least in my car that works for me (but I do have gremlins if my own). My CAS drive pin is the same as yours because I installed a new one. Mine was worn so I put the JWT chromoly one in, but I didn’t get it perfectly straight, so to set timing correctly it looks a little off. Yours simply could have been replaced previously. CA smog is insane, I dread it every 2 years and go through hell getting a pass. Don’t give up.
