Drive it in and don't let them let it cool off. Have them put fans in front of it. Call the shop and make an appointment if you can. Tell them you'll drive in first thing in the morning so they put it on the rollers right away. Your high HC numbers are probably because of your CATs are not hot enough or they are shot. If you don't have an EGR the high NOx is from that, higher combustion chamber temperatures, when they roll the car in, have them put fans in front of it.
