Message	ago. But you'll never recover the expense of adding the mods listed on your profile... and some will cost you. I'm guessing $15,000 plus or minus a grand. Unless you need the cash now, or are otherwise forced to sell; I?d find a nice cheap place to store it away for a year; and just simply forget about it. Then is year, decide if you really want to sell it, or maybe keep it instead. They are appreciating fairly well, so I'm guessing it will probably be worth more in a year; than had you invested equal value in a mutual fund or similar low-risk investment. _________________________________________________
