Message	I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. :) Seriously, though, I've had the same experience as Eric. I omitted the antenna-raise connection when I installed my head unit last summer, and I still had decent reception... whenever I happen to actually have the radio on. No plans on changing that. Of course, when I'm not listening to the car sing, I typically use Spotify anyway. I can only speculate that a stubby antenna wouldn't offer much.
