I hope I'm wrong, but when that quarter crinkles up like that its tough to get the subframe pickup points correct. Plus the hatch panel gaps are going to be a pain to get straight. If the right side is OK, then I'm thinking maybe splicing in a new used rearquarter section is the better option... as opposed to pulling it out on a table. Either way, I'd put major effort into finding a competent alignment body shop with the correct equipment because your choice of shops will make all the difference in the finished car's handling and appearance. Hang in there. You'll be fine in the end.
