Message I've had a few customers who installed my polyurethane transmission mount but retained the stock motor mounts and they reported unbearable NVH. Switching to poly motor mounts reduced the NVH considerably. It seems the OE mounts allow the engine/transmission to move too much and all of that movement gets focused into the stiffer poly trans mount.

The Nismo transmission mount has more rubber contact to its metal shell than the OE mounts, so one should assume the force/deflection for the Nismo is most likely stiffer than the OE mounts. Maybe you are experiencing a similar problem if you are also running OE motor mounts?
