If so, be sure to check the overall condition of the tires, not just the tread depth. For example, depending on how they were stored, check for dry rot (ie: cracking in the rubber). A good tread tire can still have cracks if not stored correctly. The difference in age between 2013 and 2015 is arguably negligible, so I'd steer towards the 2013's if their overall condition is considered same or better than the 2015's.
