Message V-bands have been around for a long time and people have been talking about doing V-band manifolds for a long time so there is likely a big set of hurdles to overcome. Among them is just the sheer challenge of trying to stuff all that into the small amount of room available. Then you have a couple thousand up front just for turbos and wastegates, all the engine in, engine out test fitting, the fact that whatever turbos and wastegates you pick aren't going to be the universal choice for everyone who wants a kit and just doing all the welding and fabrication to get a rough prototype takes a good amount of tools, shop space and skill sets. Not to mention turning a custom setup into a production run is its own set of hurdles. And for what? How many people are going to buy them? Can the same setup for a Gt25 be used for the larger turbos that other buyers want? Are you going to do all the work and then have people balk when it's $2500? I remember when the MSP manifolds came out and people who had been talking up their impending purchase suddenly had their song change to "$1200 for cast manifolds? Too much."
If a customer is willing to plonk down the cash for the first setup then you might see a run after that but until someone does and wows everyone with some great dyno charts and welding porn I really doubt you'll see anything come to market.

Not that I'm against any of it happening, if for no other reason than I'd love to not have to try getting to those fuckin turbo mounting nuts ever again.
